Jonas is walking...more or less!

The little man is walking! He's a few months earlier than his big brother. It's funny how Max crawled earlier but Jonas is walking earlier. Just goes to show that you never know when they are going to do things.

The reason I get nothing done...

Jonas loves to empty drawers. Most of the time he doesn't even look at what's in his hand, he just grabs it and throws it over his shoulder onto the floor. He is a very busy boy!!!!

Jonas can stand by himself now and has taken a couple steps.

Our trip to Kalama(a few weeks ago)

It has taken me way too long to get these pictures on here but things are busy with 2 little boys running around. Anyway, 4 weeks ago Max, Jonas and I went to visit my family in Washington. On the way over I had Thomas' parents to help me on the airplane and on the way back I flew solo!!! Fortunately I sat next to a Grandma who was visiting her first grandchild in Belgium and she was a big help. Little did I know that the plane ride would be the easy part. Once we got back to Denmark trying to get the kids(especially Jonas) back on the right time schedule was definitely the hardest part! But it was all worth it. I am so glad that I was able to see my 87 year old Grandma and that she was able to see my boys. It was great seeing the rest of my family out there as well. And as I sit here and think about how hard the trip was sleep wise, I would do it all again. You have to take every opportunity possible to see the people you care about because you never know when you will see them again. Basically, life is short and time flies by so quickly. Enjoy the people you love whenever you can! Thank you, Laurie, for a great week!

Laurie bought so many things for the boys. This chalk was one of the many gifts! She also bought them matching Seattle Mariners jackets with their names on them. They look so cute in them. I'll post a picture of them next time.

Little brother, Jonas, is a happy guy!

One of the malls we went to had tons of these little rides. Max rode 5 or 6 of them! We couldn't get him to stop and Laurie is not so good at saying no to Max :)

Some had room for 2! Of course Max has to be the driver!!

Our trip to Kalama(cont.)

The boys had a great time playing with Cousin Laurie. I'm sure she slept for a week after we left!

It's kind of a tradition now that Laurie gives my kids their first cupcake. Max had his first cupcake when he was 10 months and now Jonas has had his first cupcake! This time Laurie made some with Peeps on top. Max has a sweet tooth like his Mommy so he chose one with a Peep on top.
