Max's big brother gift
I am, of course, late putting this on the website...anyway, Max got a big brother gift about a week and a half after Jonas was born. 
Max loves to open presents!
I think he knew right away what it was!
He was waiting so patiently!
"Dad, are you finished yet? I'm ready to ride!"
And the fun begins! I think Thomas was just as excited as Max!

Jonas' 5 week check up
Jonas had his five week check up last Wednesday. He is 6.1kg or around 13lbs. 7oz. and is 59cm or 23 1/4in. He weighs more than Max did but is just a bit shorter. Needless to say, I try to spend as much time as I can kissing his cheeks!

On his one month birthday last Saturday we finally agreed on a name for our little guy. It has not been easy to find a name that sounds good in both Danish and English. Yes, Jonas is the name of his furry cousin, but if our Jonas is even half as sweet as his cousin Jonas then we will be very lucky:) The middle name was the easy part. Marvin is my grandpa's name and he was a very special person to me. I(along with my brother and cousins) was very lucky to have a grandpa like him. I miss him everyday and giving my son his name for a middle name is my way of keeping him with me forever. I know he's looking down on us and smiling with pride!
Here Jonas is praying that his big brother Max will be quiet and leave him alone for just a few minutes so he can get some sleep! He is 1 week old in this picture.
Jonas is just relaxing on his 13th day of life!
Grandma was holding him for just a minute like this and he fell asleep. He is 3 weeks old in this picture.
It's tough being a newborn-so much to do so little time! 3 weeks old here.
This picture was taken on Jonas' one month birthday. I think he was showing how happy he was to finally have a name!
