Max goes out in the chilly weather

Yesterday was a bit chilly so Max had to wear his coat(a gift from Grandma and Grandpa Colby) and a hat. He went for a ride in the Baby Bjorn which puts him to sleep. These pictures were taken when we got home.

A visit from Kajsa(Max's girlfriend)

Max had a visit from his girlfriend, Kajsa. Kajsa relaxed on Max's lap and Max took good care of her.

Visiting David and Susse

On Monday we visited Max's good friend, David, who is nine months old. Max couldn't stay awake but David sure was an entertainer!

Busy weekend

This weekend we went to the west coast of Denmark to visit family and friends. We stayed at Auntie Stinne's and Uncle Henrik's house. Max felt very comfortable in Auntie Stinne's arms and Cousin Tobias' arms. We then visited our friends, Ditte and Jan and their son Ebbe. Ditte had her hands full holding both boys!

Max Colby Bendixen

We finally chose a name for our little boy! After getting to know him a little, we decided to name him Max. We'd like to thank all of you for participating in our poll. It was fun to see how many people got involved:) Here's a picture of Max holding up his head.

A visit from Grandpa and Grandma

Grandpa and Grandma are here for a visit. They are spoiling him rotten by holding him as much as they can. Grandma went a little crazy with buying clothes so now Grandpa can't retire for 10 more years!!!!

A visit from some friends

On Saturday we had an apartment full of babies. Some friends from Esbjerg came by for a visit with their babies. On the left is Sander, who is 3 1/2 months old and on the right is Mia, who is 4 months old.

Baby Bendixen's girlfriend

Congratulations to our dear friends, Krestina and Lars, on the birth of their daughter Kajsa Flyger Noerrevang. She was born Saturday the 8th at 3:19AM. She weighed 3650grams or 8 lbs. and was 53cm long or 20 3/4in. Baby Bendixen wore his best collared shirt to meet his girlfriend for the first time!

Bringing home baby

Here we are bringing home our new addition. He is wearing the same outfit that my brother wore home from the hospital 35 years ago!

Baby Bendixen

Our little boy was born Saturday, September 1st at 6:37PM. He weighed 4326grams or 9lbs. 8oz. and was 54cm or 21 1/4in. long. The labor(all natural)was tough and EXTREMELY painful but Thomas was by my side the whole time encouraging me. I was ready to quit a few times. After the birth we moved to a family room(our own room) where Thomas was able to spend two nights with me and our little one. It was a great experience for both Thomas and me.
