Max met his second cousins, Abby and Dane for the first time. He loved playing with them and looks forward to seeing them this summer!
Max loves Jonas and Jonas loves Max! Every morning Jonas couldn't wait for Max to wake up. Max always wanted to pet Jonas(and pull his hair and ears).

Jonas doesn't enjoy the water like Max does. Uncle Chad had to force him in but Jonas wanted out right away.
Thank you Grandpa and Grandma for taking good care of me while Mommy went out with her girlfriends. She had a great time but my ears were burning because she couldn't stop talking about how cute I am and how much she loves me!Max enjoys eating cheerios-or should I say slapping them and trying to eat them! He wants to wish everyone a Happy St. Patrick's Day! Thank you to cousin Laurie for his first St. Patrick's Day bib!
Jonas hangs around Max's high chair knowing there will be food on the floor(or Max's hands) sooner or later.

Grandpa took Max for a swim yesterday. Max prefers to sit on the step in the pool instead of being in his ducky. 
Although Max finds it hard to make time to eat, he doesn't mind chewing on a teething biscuit. When he was finished his face was covered!
Max is not an easy baby to feed-he'd rather be playing. There's always too much to look at so getting the food in his mouth is challenging. He gets kind of moody and makes many different faces!

Max was supposed to be eating his sweet potatoes(as you can see on his face) but he kept turning in the chair so he could talk to everyone.
Max loves to stand. Sometimes when I try to sit him down he stiffens his body so he can stand instead.
This weekend we went to our vacation home/summer house in Loekken to celebrate Thomas's birthday which is this Thursday. We had some friends and family there. These pictures are of Max and his buddy Lauritz, who is a little over 2 years old. He is the son of our friends, Mette and Anders Boelskift. Lauritz will be a big brother in May so Max was getting him prepared! Mette and Anders are expecting a boy. Lauritz goes to the day care/vuggestue that, hopefully, Max will get into in July. Someone to watch over our little boy:)
On Thursday we visited our friends, Thomas and Naomi Frismodt and their two kids, Michaela and David. Michaela is 6 years old and David will be 5 at the end of May. They are expecting their third child, a girl, in June. They used to live in Copenhagen but now live in Viborg(about 3 hours away). We miss them soooo much!!!
