The inevitable
I knew it would happen...I just wasn't sure where or when. Well, it happened a couple weeks ago and it happened on our newly painted walls in our new house! Max decided to express his artistic abilities on the wall behind our bed. We have elevation beds(which I highly recommend!) and Max likes to put the bed all the way up and roll his cars down the slant. I saw him doing it one day and thought nothing of. I left the room to do some things and then a few minutes later Max called me in and said, "Momma, I'm drawing". And, not thinking(or looking) I said, "Great, Max!" Little did I know, I left crayons under the bed and Max found them and used them! I couldn't get mad at him but I did tell him not to do it again. Honestly, I thought it was funny because every kid does it and when we've visited some friends and their kids wrote on the walls I laughed. I didn't laugh in front of Max but inside I was! This may not be the last time he does it and if he does it again, well, it's just a wall. I've learned in the short time that I have been a mom that these little things are just that, little things.
Our new babysitter-Yeah!
Bathtime-in a real bathtub!
Moving fun
I am 2 months behind on posting pictures...working is taking too much time! After a year of looking for a house we finally bought one on July 1st! We moved in on August 13th. The house is wonderful and I will try to get some pictures posted. Here are some pictures of the boys helping with the moving process.

Summerhouse 2010
More summer photos
When we got back from our summer vacation Jonas got a haircut(a real one). Thomas took him and he sat all by himself in the booster seat. He didn't move except when Thomas waved to him he waved back. He surprised me! I thought he would have a fit like Max does. Here are some pictures from July of the boys. Max got a haircut as well but later in the month.

Summer vacation(the French Alps part)
And FINALLY the second part of our summer vacation! I have been wanting to see a mountain stage of the Tour de France for the last few years so we decided to make our way to the French Alps. We rented an apartment in Morzine which is a gorgeous city in the French Alps. I fell in love with the place and would love to go back next summer. This was a great place to be for the Tour de France because we were able to see the riders go up a mountain, stay in the same city where they stayed for one of their rest days and then see them start another stage. At every start there is a little fenced off area which they call the Village Depart. This is for all the sponsors and riders and there's free food and drinks. We were standing outside one of the fences looking in(wanting to go in) when a French woman asked me(and Jonas) if we'd like to come in. So we put on the entrance bands and in we went. That was the icing on the cake. What a great experience!
Our beautiful drive through the French Alps.

We went through the Mont Blanc tunnel. Mont Blanc is the highest point in Europe.
Here they come...
The ladies!
I think Max enjoyed seeing the riders but he enjoyed the helicopters the most!
One of Lance's bicycles.
Max was in heaven seeing so many motorcyles in one place!
We went to the public pool one of the days. This was on the way home from the pool.
We brought one stroller with and it worked very well. Having both boys in at the same time wasn't a problem.
A little train to play in.
We took a pitstop in Switzerland during our drive back to Denmark.
