Max and Christian

Our friends(Julie, Niels and Christian) from Washington, DC were here in Copenhagen for a visit. Christian remembered Max and gave him a big hug when he saw him. This is a picture of the boys just one year ago looking so innocent. The two other pictures are the boys now...not so innocent!!!!!

The luckiest woman alive-ME!!!!

Just like many other mothers in the world, I have days where I am so overwhelmed by my TO DO list. I have days where I think I'm not going to make it through. Well, today is not one of those days. I am taking today to say that even though I have a million things to do, I am the LUCKIEST woman alive! I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful boys. I have the best parents in the world and a super brother who is flying all the way over here to be Jonas' Godfather and hold him while he is christened. I married into a fantastic family who treats me as if I've always been a Bendixen. I have so much to be thankful for and am so happy to be a wife and mother to the 3 gorgeous boys you see in the pictures. I love being me!!!!!!!!

What a face!!!!

Jonas is 3 months old!

Yesterday Jonas turned 3 months! He weighs around 7.5kg or 161/2lbs. and is around 66cm or 26in. long. He is grabbing everything(including his big brother's hair) and is "talking" all the time. All smiles, as usual!

He's almost too big for his bouncer. Here he is in part of the outfit that he got from his Great Aunt Karen and Great Uncle Lynn. It was too warm for the pants.

Tour de Max and David

I forgot to put this on a few weeks ago after we visited Susse, Thomas and David. Max and David decided to have a Tour de Thomas and Susse's house!

The other day we were getting the kids ready to go for a walk. I was in the bedroom dressing Jonas, and Max and Thomas were in the living room. Max came in the bedroom and took Jonas' jeans without me knowing. Then I asked Thomas to put Max's pants on him. He said to me that they seemed a little small. Then Max came in the bedroom again, this time wearing Jonas' jeans which are size 0-3months! I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes. I must say that Thomas was watching the Tour de France so he was a little distracted! They were, at one time, Max's so maybe Thomas got confused.

Just a bit too short! Maybe a tad tight as well!

Jonas' 2 month stats

Jonas had his 2 month birthday yesterday. He is a happy and sweet little baby. He sleeps well and eats well! He is 62cm or about 24 1/2in and weighs about 6.8kg or 15lbs. He smiles all the time! You can kind of see the dimple on his left cheek.

"Can I get both of them in here?"

He likes to sleep on his stomach but then I get nothing done because I am constantly watching him.

He loves his bouncer. I have to, unfortunately, put him in this more than I like because Max needs me. Jonas doesn't seem to mind. He is wearing the outfit that my cousin Stefanie sent him. Yes, he is already a heart breaker!

Max is a wonderful big brother. He wants to hold Jonas all the time and give him kisses. He always gives Jonas a goodnight kiss before he goes to bed. Bedstemor and the boys.
